Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you total command over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the e-mail account you want to forward mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
